Gerry's excellent command and use of the English language, coupled with his ability to discern intent with heart and integrity is one of his greatest assets as a professional and a great coach. I love working with him.--- Shelly Frank, President,

What Clients are saying
Gerry's initial focus on clarifying my vision and values has provided a many fold return on investment. We now have a clear framework for the ongoing relationship, where he helps me help myself by consistently asking the right questions. He is adept at pointing out the rocks when I can't recognize the lighthouse. Gerry is an excellent listener. I always look forward to our next conversation.

I worked with Gerry through a period of profound personal loss, leading to greater career independence based on my life learnings and values. He displayed great humanity and compassion for my situation. We developed a trusting relationship that created the space for me to articulate my feelings and gradually move forward in life. Gerry’s continuing focus was on me alone, as he supported me to reach the inner capacity that I needed to grow.
In our coaching sessions, Gerry listened – listened far beyond just my words – and asked astute questions which stimulated my growth. He was open, honest and confident. Together we were able to clarify my ideas and directions for the future. Often he would present additional food for thought in between sessions. He was particularly effective in the planning arena – facilitating the development of my grand design, and then ensuring that I stayed with it, along with the accompanying action plans.
I would recommend Gerry as a coach for this reason – he brings life and business experience, and he embodies a humane approach.

Many of us think of a coach as someone who is an expert in a particular sport or endeavour, who tells the rest of the team what to do and how and when to do it. My wonderful journey with Gerry over the past number of months has been anything but that. He asks rather than tells, and looks to me as the expert on my life. I think of Gerry as a 'catalyst', because he transformationally affects the elements that are already there. He has helped me to make positive changes by capitalizing on what's inside - identifying, exploring, deciding and then acting based on the things that matter most to me.

Gerry has had a profound impact on my effectiveness as a leader, as a manager and as an overall corporate citizen. He has given me the tools to negotiate my way through the mine fields of everyday corporate life. More importantly, he has helped me realize that I had the tools all along and just needed the confidence to rely on them. Thanks to him, I feel comfortable that there is no circumstance that I cannot handle.

Gerry coached me as I was striving to transition from my previous company and location to a new assignment and workplace. During this period I had to find a new niche, and Gerry assisted and supported me with great enthusiasm as I found my path and explored ways to best add value in the new role. Gerry guided me as I took a deeper look inside myself, helped me to identify my signature strengths and personal values, and most importantly kept me focused on leveraging those strengths and values to enhance my performance while maintaining my individuality in the workplace.
